• 6g citrulline per full serve, plus betaine nitrate and AgmaPure agmatine for pumps.
• Beta-alanine for training capacity.
• Tyrosine, alpha-GPC and taurine for focus.

How to take it

Start with half a serve in 300ml of water to test your tolerance. Take it 20–30 minutes before training.

Good to know

Very high in stimulants. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Don't combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed.
