• 1.6g beta-alanine plus betaine for muscular endurance.

How to take it

Mix one scoop with 250–300ml of water and take it 20–30 minutes before training, alone or with your stim pre. About 40 serves per tub.

Good to know

Not suitable for people under 18 or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling.
