Switch Creatine HCL is 100% pure creatine hydrochloride in vegan capsules. HCL is far more soluble than monohydrate, so a smaller dose does the job. It's a great option if regular creatine gives you bloating, or if you'd rather swallow a capsule than mix a powder.

How to take it
