Simple, fast carbs to fuel your training.

Switch Carbohydrates is a no-frills carb powder made from just two ingredients: glucose and maltodextrin. It's unflavoured, so you can add it to your water, aminos or electrolytes to keep your energy up before, during or after a session.

Why we stock it

• 20g carbs per scoop, with no protein, fat or fibre to slow it down.
• 50/50 glucose and maltodextrin for fast and slightly longer-lasting energy.
• Unflavoured, so it stacks with anything.
• 1kg = 50 serves.

How to take it

Mix 1–2 scoops (20–40g) with water, electrolytes or aminos. Sip it during training, or have it before or after your session.

Good to know

No added gluten, dairy or soy, but it's made in a facility that also handles wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish. Not recommended for children under 15 or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
