Rule1 Whey Isolate

Pure protein. Nothing watering it down.

R1 Whey Isolate is Rule 1's flagship protein and one of our most recommended tubs. It's for anyone who wants maximum protein with minimal carbs and fat.

Why we stock it

25g fast-acting protein per scoop. All of it comes from whey isolate and hydrolysed isolate, with no cheaper whey concentrate.
Lean macros. Single-digit carbs and 1g of fat or less per serve, which makes it a great fit for a cut.
No shortcuts. No creamers or added amino acids to inflate the protein count. Naturally provides about 12g of essential amino acids, including 6g+ BCAAs.
Tested for banned substances. Informed Choice certified.

How to take it

Mix one scoop with 180–240ml of cold water or milk. Have it before or after training, in the morning, or between meals.

Good to know

Contains milk. Isolate is lower in lactose than standard whey, so many people who struggle with regular protein find it easier on the stomach. Check the label for full allergen information.
