MOG is a whole-food meal shake from Australian brand Reset Nutrition. Each serve has 44g of protein from beef, pea, rice and chicken protein, 75g of carbs from sweet potato, coconut water and berries, plus a blend of 8 organic fruits and veg, MCTs and prebiotic fibre. It's about 506 calories and keeps most people full for 3 to 4 hours. It's great for busy mornings, after training, or when a real meal isn't going to happen.

How to take it

Mix 1 serve (2 scoops, 135g) with about 300ml of cold water and shake well. Use less water for a thicker shake. For the full milkshake feel, blend it with ice and a banana.
