Red Dragon Nutritionals Fireball Black

Hard-hitting energy and fat-loss support.

Fireball Black is Red Dragon's high-energy fat burner. It doubles as a pre-workout, so you train with intensity while supporting your metabolism.

Why we stock it

• 300mg caffeine from green tea, with L-theanine to take the edge off jitters.
• 1g carnitine (two forms) plus GBBGO to help your body use fat for fuel.
• Coleus forskohlii for metabolic support.
• B vitamins for energy.

How to take it

Start with half a scoop in 250–300ml of water to test your tolerance, in the morning or before training.

Good to know

High in caffeine. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Don't combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed. Works best alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise.
