Thavage Pre is the pre-workout Chris Bumstead designed with RAW Nutrition. It's a well-rounded formula for energy, pump and focus, with flavours CBum developed himself.

Why we stock it

• Energy and focus: caffeine, L-tyrosine, alpha-GPC and huperzine A.
• Pump and endurance: arginine nitrate and beta-alanine.
• Adjustable dose. One scoop is a "half thavage", two is the full serve.
• Some of the best flavours on our shelf.

How to take it

Start with 1 scoop in 250–300ml of water to test your tolerance, and build up to 2 scoops if you need more. Take it 20–30 minutes before training.

Good to know

Contains caffeine. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed. Tested athletes should check with their sporting body first.
