Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass

The classic gainer for people who can't eat enough.

Serious Mass has been the go-to for hard gainers for years. If you're eating everything and the scale won't move, one shake a day adds a serious chunk of calories without another meal. The 12LB bag is the best value for a long bulk.

Why we stock it

• About 1,250 calories per serve, one of the most calorie-dense shakes we carry.
• 50g protein plus a big hit of carbs to fuel training and growth.
• Added creatine and glutamine.
• A trusted name. It's ON, so the quality is consistent.

How to take it

Mix one serve with 500–700ml of milk or water, ideally in a blender. It's a lot to drink, so you can split a serve across the day. Use it alongside your meals, not instead of them.

Good to know

Contains milk and soy. Check the label for full allergen information.
