Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey

The world's best-known whey, for good reason.

Gold Standard is the protein most lifters have tried at some point, and plenty never switch. It's consistent, mixes easily and comes in flavours that don't get boring.

Why we stock it

24g protein per scoop, mainly from whey protein isolate, plus ultra-filtered whey.
About 5g of naturally occurring BCAAs and 4g+ of glutamine and glutamic acid per serve.
A trusted name. ON has been making Gold Standard for decades, and the quality stays the same tub after tub.

How to take it

Mix one scoop with 180–240ml of water or milk. Have it after training or any time you need a protein hit between meals.

Good to know

Contains milk and soy. Check the label for full allergen information.
