How to take it

Start with half a scoop in cold water to test your tolerance. A full serve is 1 scoop. Take it 15–30 minutes before training, and don't go over 1 scoop a day.

Good to know

Very high in stimulants, including synephrine. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Don't combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed.
