Legit Xtreme Pre is a high-stim, high-dose formula for serious lifters chasing tunnel-vision focus, big pumps and aggressive energy.

Why we stock it

• Over 500mg total caffeine (caffeine anhydrous plus di-caffeine malate), with English walnut for extra drive.
• 9g L-citrulline malate and 4.2g beta-alanine for pumps and endurance.
• 2g L-tyrosine, 600mg alpha-GPC and kanna for focus and motivation, with L-theanine to smooth the edge.
• Himalayan pink salt for hydration.

How to take it

Start with half a scoop in 300ml of water to test your tolerance. Take it 20–30 minutes before training.

Good to know

Very high in caffeine. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Don't combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling.
