Creamy Rice is Legit's Australian-made cream of rice: ground white jasmine rice that cooks into a warm, creamy bowl in the microwave. It's an easy, gut-friendly carb source for breakfast or before training.

How to take it

Mix one 50g scoop with 200ml of water in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 25 seconds, stirring every 45 seconds, until thick. Top it with protein powder, fruit or peanut butter. Have no more than 3 serves in 24 hours.

Good to know

The bowl gets very hot, so take care. It contains no major allergens, but it's made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, gluten, nuts, shellfish and other allergens.
