375mg caffeine per scoop, plus English walnut, eria jarensis and TeaCrine for strong, long-lasting energy.
6g citrulline for big pumps.
3.2g beta-alanine for muscular endurance.
Choline bitartrate for focus.

How to take it

Start with half a scoop in 200–300ml of water to test your tolerance. Take it 20–30 minutes before training.

Good to know

Very high in caffeine. Not suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to stimulants. Don't combine with other caffeine sources, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bed. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling feeling.
