• BPF® Bergamot extract: 1,000 mg (700 mg polyphenols)
• Rejuna® Arjuna bark extract: 750 mg (300 mg polyphenols)
• Olive Leaf extract: 700 mg (140 mg oleuropein)
• Aged Garlic extract: 500 mg (2.5 mg S-allylcysteine)
• Astragalus root extract: 350 mg (17.5 mg astragaloside IV)
• Liposomal CoQ10: 143 mg
• Nattokinase: 10,800 FU

• Selenium (L-selenomethionine): 100 mcg

How to take it
6 capsules a day with food: 3 in the morning, 3 about 6 to 8 hours later.
180 capsules per bottle, a full 30-day supply.

Good to know

• Contains soy. Made in a facility that may also process milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and wheat.
• Not suitable for children under 15, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Talk to your doctor first if you take any medication, especially blood thinners like warfarin, apixaban, aspirin or clopidogrel. CARD1O contains nattokinase and vitamin K2. The same goes if you have a bleeding disorder or surgery coming up.
• Use only under medical or dietetic supervision. CARD1O doesn’t replace prescribed treatment or regular health checks.
