Isolucid is Axe Laboratories' whey isolate, made from grass-fed whey with a short, clean ingredient list. It's a lean, fast-absorbing protein for recovery and everyday protein needs.

• Lean macros: about 2g carbs, 1g sugar and 1.4g fat per serve.
• Grass-fed whey protein isolate, flavours and sucralose. That's about it.

How to take it

Mix one scoop (30g) with 250–350ml of water or milk. Have it within 30 minutes of training or as a snack between meals.

Good to know

Contains milk, so it's not suitable if you have a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance, and it isn't vegan. Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition.
